Key Responsibilities:
- Providing post-acute LPN nursing care to residents
- Tracking vital signs, physical condition, and mental acuity of residents
- Completing intakes, including documentation of medical histories and health concerns
- Assisting with medications, including proper administration, verification, and monitoring
- Maintaining accurate medical records and charts of residents
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
- Completion of high school or GED/equivalent program
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a LPN, or related role
- Lifting requirement of at least 50 lbs
