Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Oncology Specialist to join our team. This is a 13-week contract position, working 36 hours per week, with a shift of 12 hours, nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, safe, and effective care to patients on a per-shift basis.
- Lead and supervise clinical staff, ensuring their competency and effective resource management.
- Collaborate closely with the facility's CNO to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of Acute Care nursing experience and 1 year of recent experience in Oncology.
- Required Certification/Licensure: Current state licensure or registration as per state laws and Specialty certifications as required.
