**About the Role**
We are currently looking for a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to work in our HalePlus division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating modular units using various hand tools and manufacturing machines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and safety protocols are followed
- Perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, and more
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Ability to lift 65 lbs with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Previous construction experience is highly preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Ability to work in an outdoor warehouse in various weather conditions
