Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary clinic, you will provide high-quality mental health services to adult and child members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy to members with acute or chronic mental illness. Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, provide support to members and their families, and collaborate with treating physicians and other healthcare professionals. Coordinate with members' healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment plans. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment and to enhance your clinical skills.
Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or a related field from an accredited college or university. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (California) certification required. Proven experience in providing mental health services to diverse populations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of evidence-based treatments.
