Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and inspections
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records

- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
Requirements:
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and basic electrical knowledge
- Able to climb towers unassisted up to 300 feet
- Possess valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work safely in a wide range of adverse climates and environments
