We seek an experienced Manufacturing Quality Control Lead to oversee and improve our quality control procedures.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Pedigree and FAIR documents and be proficient in utilizing metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, and surface plates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the entry of sample orders accompanied by purchase orders.
- Manage and program Romidot software.
- Coordinate sample production scheduling with multiple departments.
- Lead quality control inspections on First Article samples.
- Utilize a variety of metrology tools, including calipers, micrometers, and surface plates.
- Prepare and submit customer PPAP documentation.
- Support the preparation of CAP FAIR documents.
- Facilitate communication regarding sample lead times with sales, customers, and internal teams.
- Oversee paperwork and arrange sample shipment to customers.
- Collaborate with the tool room or relevant staff to develop tooling and fab quotes.
