Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving current manufacturing processes, developing and implementing new processes, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met throughout production.
As a key member of our production team, you will work collaboratively across various departments, including engineering, production, and quality control, to continuously optimize our manufacturing footprint.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and improve current manufacturing processes
• Develop and implement new processes
• Ensure highest quality standards are met throughout production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing footprint
• Design and qualify custom packaging to ensure product safety during transportation
• Provide training for team members globally to ensure proper product usage and handling
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or other applicable degree
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in manufacturing environments with electromechanical products and assemblies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with PLM software environments
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 30 lbs.
