About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FP&A and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews with senior leadership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and increase efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to less experienced staff members.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and reporting, ideally within manufacturing.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience is a plus.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
