Job Description
We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team. As a plumber, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Your duties will include handling general building maintenance work orders as required. You will work independently and as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience.
- Construction and service experience required.
- Professional certifications preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of building systems including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and overall physical plant.
- Extensive knowledge of the California Plumbing Code.
- Strong communications - interpersonal skills / customer relations.
- Available to work evenings and weekends as required at times.
- Ability to operate company vehicles and machinery - Must have a valid CA driver's license.
