Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This role involves performing general and preventative maintenance for Bank buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience in skilled trades or knowledge of commonly used hand and power tools.

The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Performing general maintenance and repairs, such as plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC system adjustments.
\
• Assisting with outsourcing engineering services.
\
• Operating Bank vehicles to transport supplies and overseeing vehicle upkeep and routine maintenance.
\
• Eliminating rubbish, checking window and door locks, and ensuring building security at closing.
\
• Maintaining landscaping, cleaning vents, and power washing buildings.
\
• Ensuring compliance with banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.
\
• Serving facilities locations in the Albany, NY area and Southern Vermont.
\
• Flexibility in duties as assigned.
\
• Vender Management and Project Management skills.
