Job Description
This role involves performing a variety of advanced mechanical maintenance services to support the facility. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to prevent repairs, install, replace, and troubleshoot complex mechanical equipment and distribution systems with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on complex mechanical equipment and distribution systems.
- Fabricate and assemble equipment, which may involve welding, cutting, and pipe fitting.
- Perform emergency repairs on process equipment.
- Inspect facility equipment daily, performing various production startup and coverage tasks.
- Troubleshoot any repairs to PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic components.
