Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Logistics Operator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for delivering goods and products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
About the Role:
Deliver freight and cargo to customers while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
Unload products from trucks and place them in customer storage areas.
Perform manual heavy lifting of items up to 80 pounds as needed.
Make frequent stops during a work shift and deliver product in various weather conditions.
Verify delivery of items with customers and collect payment as necessary.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old.
Valid CDL Class A issued by the state of residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, and no driver's license suspensions in the past three years.
Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience or three months of experience in the food and beverage delivery industry required.
Must pass a DOT physical.
