About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Logistics Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of outbound/inbound logistics in the USA and international areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the operational performance and resources of logistics teams in multiple sites.
- Arrange transportation with selected Logistics Service Providers according to operating models and terms & conditions.
- Develop and implement logistics operations to optimize on-time delivery, freight costs, and operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in international trade and/or logistics.
- Ability to organize and plan work adhering to deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
