- Managing all aspects of plant profitability, growth, and sales.
- Overseeing product delivery, maintenance, and service within a designated trade geography.
- Recommend staffing needs and conduct staff performance reviews.
- Ensure all employees are properly trained and safely performing their functions.
- Manage all aspects of plant maintenance, safety, and upkeep.
Requirements:
- College or university program certificate preferred; or two to four years related industry experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Retail propane experience highly desired. Previous team management and operation experience highly desired.
