Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional communicator to join our team as a Loan Officer Trainee. As a key member of our loan center, you will be responsible for processing and servicing consumer loans, Visa credit cards, and other financial products. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a positive member experience through accurate and timely completion of loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and service consumer loans, Visa credit cards, and other financial products.
- Communicate with members throughout the loan process.
- Collect required documents from members.
- Educate members on new products and services.
Requirements:
- At least one year of similar or related experience.
- A high school diploma or GED.
Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $17.75 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time position with benefits.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a Saturday shift rotation.
