About the Role
This position is responsible for coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in lease-up or stabilized communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks,
• Inspects apartments prior to resident move-in and ensures they are in move-in ready condition,
• Stays informed about current market and competitor conditions that may impact occupancy and sales results,
• Designs and executes marketing activities to create traffic to the community, including implementing resident referral and employer outreach programs,
• Uses on-site property management software to track apartment availability and record leasing activities,
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in either lease-up or stabilized communities, valid driver's license, and ability to work a flexible schedule.
