Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Lead Teacher to manage and lead an Elementary School Age program. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a consistent, safe, and positive learning environment, providing educational needs and interests of elementary-aged children, supervising children to ensure health, welfare, and safety, and supporting physical, socio-emotional, and developmental needs of each child in the classroom.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of MSDE 90hr School-Age Certification or a CDA with the School-Age Endorsement. Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reliability, organization, and team-oriented mindset are essential.
