**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting microbiological tests and maintaining laboratory safety standards to ensure the quality of our products.
Salary: $22.00 - 22.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining laboratory safety and compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as required
- Participate in scheduled team meetings and departmental discussions
- Develop a working knowledge of appropriate compendia and/or regulatory guidance
- Participate in various phases of Quality Control testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Microbiology or Biological Sciences
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Familiarity with cGMP guidelines
Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and laboratory procedures, and be able to pass an eye exam and receive vaccinations as required.
