Job Summary
As a Laboratory Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and directing all laboratory activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of testing. You will supervise lab associates, grade and release finished products, and manage quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct supervision of lab associates to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Grade and release all finished products within the plant.
- Manage quality systems including calibration and maintenance of equipment and building.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or 7 or more years of relevant experience is required.
- B.S. degree in a technical discipline is desired.
- 2 years of prior quality assurance experience, working knowledge of databases and MS Office products.
