**Job Title:** IT Vendor Management Specialist
**About the role:** We are seeking a skilled and highly motivated individual to join our Procurement and Strategic Sourcing department. As an IT Vendor Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading, advising, and guiding the organization in developing and establishing Vendor Management framework and business processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on business objectives, minimize risks, and customer expectations.
• Conduct reviews of existing SLAs and Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop SLAs based on business objectives, minimize risks, and customer expectations.
• Deploy, analyze, and manage survey results to identify risk and opportunities with existing supplier base.
• Facilitate QBR and/or Annual Business Reviews.
**Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or other related field.
• 5 years' experience in Supplier Management role in Information Technology with knowledge of IT/automotive IT or relevant industry standards and best practices.
• Deep knowledge in contract management, sourcing, and procurement processes and methodologies or related experience.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, planning, and presentation skills.
