Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care through examinations, diagnoses, and treatments
- Counsel patients and families on health issues and provide education on healthy living
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, and procedures as necessary
- Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Contribute to the development of new practices and initiatives to improve patient care
Requirements
- M.D or D.O.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state
- Current DEA
- Experience using electronic medical record systems such as eClinicalWorks
