**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Integrated Product Development Team Project Engineer to join our team in developing and maintaining space suits for the International Space Station (ISS). As a member of our Integrated Product Development Team, you will be responsible for planning, proposing and executing space flight hardware projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading project kickoff, design and status reviews.
- Conducting root cause investigations.
- Managing and controlling cost accounts.
- Resolving design, procurement, assembly ,test and delivery challenges.
Requirements:
- Proven technical experience in aerospace or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to work as a cross functional team leader.
- Direct communication with customers, primarily NASA, will be required at times.
