About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Instructor to join our team. As a Mechanical Maintenance Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to support the maintenance and technical needs of our nuclear power plant.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze and develop training programs that meet the needs of our users. You will also be responsible for conducting trainee evaluations, preparing training materials, and supporting business initiatives and special projects.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications Mid-Level Mechanical Maintenance Instructor
- High School diploma
- 3 years previous technical or craft nuclear experience OR 5 years of related industry experience
- Effective written and oral communication skills
Minimum Qualifications SR Mechanical Maintenance Instructor
- High school diploma
- 5 years of nuclear technical background OR 7 years of related industry experience
- 2 years in training/education
- Effective written and oral communication skills
