Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Mold Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will operate injection molding machines to produce high-quality rubber gaskets while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Tasks
- Operate all injection molding machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality standards.
- Report any machine malfunctions to the lead person or Supervisor.
- Train other operators as required.
- Dispose of scrap materials properly.
- Clean equipment regularly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Able to sit/stand for long periods.
- Capable of repetitive hand movements.
- Regularly lifts/pushes/pulls up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a plant environment.
- Exposed to various environmental factors.
- PREFERRED high school diploma and 6 months of related experience.
- PREFERRED strong communication skills.
