Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist family members and beneficiaries with claims processing
- Analyze complex topics and convey information to clients
- Remove roadblocks to customer requests and educate on correct processes
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 1-2 years of call center experience or customer service experience with computer skills
- 1-2 years of experience with Windows-based operating systems (Microsoft Office, Suite, etc.)
- Able to work from home with high-speed internet and a quiet, secure workspace
- Ability to use video during interviews and training
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday, with possible shift changes based on business needs
