We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and developing HR strategies aligned with our organization's objectives.
Job Summary:
This full-time role will be based in Souderton, Pennsylvania, and will report directly to the Human Resources Director. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting operations at the Souderton location, which is part of a global business unit present in several countries across the globe.
The ideal candidate will have 7 years of related human resources experience partnering with senior company leaders, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP in lieu of degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives
- Leads recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Prepares payroll for bi-weekly payment schedules with the payroll provider
- Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
- Works closely with management to identify training and development needs to promote optimal employee learning and career development
- Provides performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions
- Oversees employee performance management and development programs, including performance evaluations and career planning
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of employee groups
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks
- Drives workforce planning with managers to meet business needs
- Manages and resolves employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations
