We are seeking a Cleaning Professional to join our team at Fort Wainwright, AK.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of homes, community offices, and common areas meet ownership and management objectives.
- You will be responsible for cleaning entire homes, including bathrooms and appliances.
- Common areas such as Community Centers, office spaces, bathrooms, windows, and floors will require your attention.
- You will be responsible for carrying and maintaining all cleaning supplies necessary to satisfactorily perform routine functions.
- Your work must be completed quickly and efficiently to meet project deadlines and reduce home vacancy.
- You may also be responsible for other common area cleaning tasks, including trash pick-up, doggie waste station clean-up, and community trash removal.
Requirements
- You must be currently enrolled in a high school program or higher.
- Less than 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
- A current driver's license in good standing is required, along with the ability to meet driving records standards outlined in Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Ability to understand spoken and written English is required.
- Timely and respectful responses to requests are necessary.
- This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required to access the facility.

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
