We are looking for a seasoned Epic Trainer to manage our hospital training strategy, organize change management, and implement Epic Community Connect.
Job Description:
- Hospital-Wide Training: Develop and lead the overall hospital training strategy and program for end users across departments.
- Smooth Transitions: Ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and technologies through expert guidance on organizational change management (OCM).
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the host organization to align on training goals, tools, and timelines as the Epic Training Manager for a Community Connect receiver.
- Logistical Support: Coordinate training materials, resource planning, and delivery logistics.
- Effective Training Delivery: Liaise with operational leaders, IT staff, and Epic credentialed trainers to execute training effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor training progress and implement adjustments based on feedback and user readiness.
Qualifications:
- Epic Training Expertise: Proven experience as an Epic Training Manager or Training Lead in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Community Connect Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Epic Community Connect environments.
- Training Strategy Expertise: Experience developing and executing hospital-wide training strategies.
- Change Management: Background in organizational change management, especially in healthcare IT transitions.
- Leadership Abilities: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
