We're seeking a skilled professional to represent our company in customers' homes, delivering top-notch service and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing customers' homes daily, building rapport quickly, and using DISH installs to consult homeowners on smart home possibilities
- Representing our company in various climates/weather conditions, standing on high ladders, lifting over 70 lbs, and crawling into small spaces
- Ensuring timely completion of installations, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records
Requirements:
- Aptitude to build rapport quickly
- Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods of time, lift over 70 lbs at a time and remain within the individual weight limit requirements
- Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates/weather conditions
- A valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment with a driving record that meets our safety standard
