About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven individual to manage the recruitment process for exempt positions. This role is instrumental in identifying and hiring top-tier talent for engineers, supply chain professionals, and planners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Exempt Recruiting: Manage the recruitment process for approximately 30-40 exempt positions, including engineers, supply chain, and planning roles.
- Production Hiring Support: Collaborate with the team to assist with production hiring needs as required.
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment tools.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, coordinate and participate in onsite interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the process.
- Talent Events: Represent the company at talent events, fostering strong connections with potential candidates and industry professionals.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of proven experience in recruiting for exempt-level roles, with a strong understanding of the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Skills: Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools is highly desirable.
- Attributes: A results-oriented mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
