Job Summary:
This is a hands-on position focused on high-performance database development, where you'll optimize queries, improve system performance post-stress, and solve complex business problems through efficient, scalable data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize database queries for improved performance
- Develop and implement efficient data solutions
- Analyze and resolve complex business problems
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience as an Oracle Database Developer with SQL and PL/SQL
- MINIMUM 7 years of proven experience with SQL and PL/SQL
- Oracle VPD (Virtual Private Database)
- PostgreSQL
- Experience with scripting (Python preferred, Shell)
- Linux OS (RedHat)
- Experience in application deployment and automations
- DevOps tools such as Artifactory, GIT, Bitbucket, Jenkins and Ansible
- Understanding/knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Nice to Have:
- Liquidbase
- Oracle Certification
- Java and Hibernate Development experience
- Working with Oracle Cloud Control, Golden Gate, and Golden Gate DBA
