\Job Description:
\We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional care to post-acute residents in our facilities. As a CNA, you will be responsible for supporting residents with basic activities of daily living, such as eating, personal hygiene, and grooming.
\You will also protect resident health and safety by maintaining a clean, sanitary, and hazard-free environment. Additionally, you will assist with transportation and movement of residents around the facility, document vital signs, and update the nursing team on resident conditions.
