We are seeking a detail-oriented Registered Dietitian to join our team in delivering exceptional nutritional services to residents. This role is ideal for those passionate about healthcare and nutrition.
About the Role
In this position, you will be responsible for assessing residents' nutritional needs, developing meal plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also work closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance residents' health and provide nutrition education.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess and develop individualized meal plans for residents.
- Evaluate and document residents' nutritional status and progress.
- Collaborate with teams to improve overall resident health and well-being.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State certification/license in good standing.
- Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
