Your Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain grounds and common areas by removing all trash and debris.
- Operate lawn equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Monitor and control inventory and/or supplies to maintain an efficient operation.
- Report any landscaping concerns to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
- 1 year of landscaping experience.
- Familiarity with mowers, weed-whackers, and other trimming equipment.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
