">- Design and implement manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements.
- Lead Manufacturing Review to ensure that parts will be manufactured to design and customer specifications.
- Develop detailed routings, work instructions, and engineering prints for manufacturing gear and gear-related products.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise on various engineering/manufacturing projects.
