About the Position:
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as a Full-Time Ranch Hand. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property's grounds and buildings, including performing routine maintenance tasks and providing ground maintenance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deadwood tree removal, including cutting, stacking, and disposing of logs
- Mending and repairing fencing to ensure the property's security and appearance
- Caring for vehicles, equipment, and machinery, including regular maintenance and repairs
- Lawn care, gardening, and flower bed maintenance to keep the property looking its best
- Operating heavy equipment, tractors, and lawn mowers as needed
- Conducting property maintenance, including building upkeep, roadways, and snow removal
- Cleaning and maintaining the interior of multiple homes, including vacuuming, dusting, and polishing surfaces
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also essential.
