We are seeking a highly organized and people-skilled Front Desk Agent to create lasting first impressions for our guests. As part of the initial 10 minutes of a guest's experience, you will be responsible for welcoming guests with a warm smile, owning each interaction, and representing our brand as if it were your own. In addition to procedural and administrative duties, conflict resolution is also a critical skill we are looking for.
The ideal candidate will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise. Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
- Recognize repeat, VIP status and/or loyalty.
- Administer check-ins and check-outs.
- Provide front desk services to guests.
- Assign rooms and take care of administrative duties.
- Deliver mail and messages.
- Process guest payments.
- Coordinate with bell service and staff management.
- Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
- Accommodate general and unique requests.
- Diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests, handle guest opportunities.
