Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Servers at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
Your duties will include greeting and attending to guests' needs, providing menus and clearly communicating restaurant specials, answering menu questions, and collecting food and beverage orders.
You will also serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, adhering to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
Accurately entering orders into the point-of-sale system and processing payments, as well as preparing and delivering the check to guests, are essential tasks for this role.
Collaboration with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff is also required.
Performing opening, closing, cleaning, and side work duties, as assigned, and ensuring all equipment and workspaces are clean, sanitized, organized, and functioning is an important part of this position.
