Job Summary
\The Floor Care associate is a crucial member of our store team, responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all floor surfaces and restrooms are properly maintained, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order. \
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise. \
- Sweep and/or vacuum mats and rugs, removing spots from carpet as needed. \
- Dispose of trash and perform deep cleaning of restrooms, maintaining a high level of hygiene and sanitation. \
- Notify management of any issues or concerns, including team member theft, customer shoplifting, or other incidents. \
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management. \
Requirements:

- Must be at least 18 years of age to perform job functions. \
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently. \
- Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same. \
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check. \
- Basic computer skills required to participate in online training. \
- High standard of integrity and reliability. \
Physical Demands:
