Floor Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary

The Floor Care associate is a crucial member of our store team, responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all floor surfaces and restrooms are properly maintained, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
\
• Sweep and/or vacuum mats and rugs, removing spots from carpet as needed.
\
• Dispose of trash and perform deep cleaning of restrooms, maintaining a high level of hygiene and sanitation.
\
• Notify management of any issues or concerns, including team member theft, customer shoplifting, or other incidents.
\
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

\
• Must be at least 18 years of age to perform job functions.
\
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
\
• Authorization to work in the United States or the ability to obtain the same.
\
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
\
• Basic computer skills required to participate in online training.
\
• High standard of integrity and reliability.
\

Physical Demands:

While performing the essential functions of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand or walk on tile or concrete, utilize manual dexterity, talk, see, hear, smell, and perform repetitive movements with both hands and/or both feet.

The employee is frequently required to reach at waist level or overhead, carry, push, or lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 250 lbs.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb up to 10 ft.
