Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and certified Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will play an integral role in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals can achieve their fitness goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized training programs for clients based on their fitness level and goals.
- Conduct fitness consultations to assess clients' fitness levels and develop long-term plans.
- Sell personal training packages to clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the club.
Requirements:
- Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE, NSCA).
- CPR & AED certification required; First Aid certification preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Passion for fitness and helping others.
