About the Role:
A key responsibility is sharing and recommending bank resources with clients, including traditional in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources. You will ensure individual goals are met through required levels of in-person and outbound calling activities that provide opportunities for valued solutions and recommendations via a needs-based philosophy.
Main Responsibilities:
• Share and recommend bank resources with clients, including traditional in-branch services, digital capabilities, and business partner resources
• Ensure individual goals are met through required levels of in-person and outbound calling activities that provide opportunities for valued solutions and recommendations via a needs-based philosophy
• Perform all functions related to opening and closing accounts, including assisting clients with account selection and complying with BSA and CIP requirements
• Facilitate consumer loan requests, maintain knowledge of loan policies, and assist with branch consumer loan portfolio(s)
• Uncover needs and refer clients to a partner-centric team working with small business, corporate, and institutional partners, as well as mortgage and financial advisors
• Maintain high-level client satisfaction by engaging clients and ensuring optimal customer experiences
• Process client requests and transactions in a positive, accurate, and professional manner, engaging in genuine conversations to identify needs and recommend solutions
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The listed requirements represent the knowledge, skill, and/or ability needed:
• Ability to motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to clients, customers, and other employees
• Embrace a team-centric approach to help clients in an evolving banking environment
• Coach and lead the branch team according to process and protocol in the absence of an AFCM
Requirements:
• High School Diploma/GED
• One year customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
• Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) and/or obtain an NMLS license after employment
• MS Office programs
• Social media platforms for brand awareness and market knowledge
Key Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and processing transactions
• Familiarity with banking products and services
