You will balance currency, coin, and checks in the cash drawer, maintaining secure cash levels and adhering to our security policy.
You will process various financial transactions, including savings bonds, cashier's checks, and more.
You will grant access to safe deposit boxes, following established procedures.
You will assist tellers with transaction balancing and may help with vault balancing.
You will profile customers to better understand their financial needs, recommending products and services that enhance their lives.
You will prepare and compile new customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
You will open new accounts, documenting all necessary details and following up on missing documents.
You will complete account maintenance tasks, maintaining proper documentation.
You will assist customers with various requests, such as stop payments, debit card orders, and more.
You will respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing feedback.
You will make quality referrals to other areas of the organization, fostering partnerships and driving growth.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must be 18 years old.
Six to twelve months of bank teller experience is preferred.
Customer service or sales experience is essential.
