Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of commercial trials.
- Leverage technical and financial data from commercial trials to refine assumptions within cost models and to reduce overall business risk.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, commercial entities, and other stakeholders to support technology adoption and to position initiatives for long-term success.
Requirements
- Active or ability to gain SECRET clearance
- an MBA) with a focus in finance or entrepreneurship
- Strong financial acumen with proven experience in developing business plans including preparing financial projections and models, analyzing cash flows, and performing risk assessments.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related science
- Familiarity with regulatory and legal requirements for defense and commercial technologies
- Familiarity with International Traffic in Arms Regulations and Export Administration Regulations
- Project Management experience or PMP certification could be beneficial
- Experience with full product lifecycle planning
- Support Government property administration, audits, and closeout activities;
- Interface with APS purchasing and supply chain administrators to ensure compliance with prime contract requirements, corporate policies and approved business systems;
- Understand and recommend opportunities and approaches to minimize exposure to contractual risk;
