Main Responsibilities:
">- Taking orders on the POS system and verifying with customers to ensure accuracy
- Preparing smoothies, bowls, and toast according to tickets while maintaining quality, speed, and presentation
- Handling phone calls and directing inquiries to shift leads or managers
- Cleaning and maintaining smoothie and toast stations, FOH tables, and bathrooms
- Restocking disposable ware, cups, and merchandiser items as needed
- Receiving direction from shift leads or managers to ensure proper preparation and execution
- Assisting with back-of-house tasks such as dishes, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and putting away deliveries
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction results
