**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Process Operator to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the team in improving Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance and housekeeping.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with EHS requirements, process safety, food safety, and quality standards.
- Completing life-critical activities in blending areas, including development and execution of lock, tag, try procedures (LTT).
- Identifying and implementing improvements in systems, processes, and personal development as assigned by department and/or shift.
- Ensuring all training requirements are met within specified time frames and training other personnel as required.
- Adhering to General Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards and practices.
**Key Performance Indicators:*
- Blending finished goods right the first time.
- Weekly/Monthly overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- 100% Training compliance.
