Event Production Role
The Event Production Coordinator is responsible for the setup and operation of audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. This role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate audiovisual equipment for events
• Ensure seamless execution of events through accurate and timely setup, operation, and breakdown of equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve with equipment and software issues
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience; 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred
• Valid driver's license for team members operating company vehicles
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, stooping, crawling, kneeling, bending, reaching, climbing, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting within specified frequencies
Work Requirements:
May work in multiple hotel locations with irregular hours and on-call status.
