The Role:
Event Planning and Coordination
- Plan and execute a recurring small event per month, as well as 2 large events annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement event concepts that align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Cultivate relationships with vendors, venues, and other stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Analyze event outcomes and prepare reports to inform future planning decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
- Strong passion for developing the next generation of minority leaders.
- Experience working with startups is a plus.
