We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the development of new equipment designs for our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, excellent technical communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage 3D CAD software and simulation tools to identify key change points and develop optimal machine concepts.
- Provide technical support for equipment and process development, and act as a functional Project Leader for small to mid-sized business plan projects.
- Collaborate with design teams and plant members to achieve quality, cost, and safety criteria.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in equipment development and manufacturing.
- Excellent technical communication skills, both written and oral.
