We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a 2nd Shift HR Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of resolving employee conflicts and improving workplace efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and efficient manner.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to address employee concerns and issues.
- Support supervisors with coaching and training to improve employee performance and engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Two (2) years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, or benefits.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
