Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Employee Health Program Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing employee health programs, supporting the worker's compensation program, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee health programs to promote employee well-being
- Support the worker's compensation program by conducting investigations and making referrals for further treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee health records
- Participate in hospital Infection Control Committee and Safety Committee
- Compile monthly and quarterly reports for quality assurance and corporate requirements
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing or compact State required
- Minimum of three years' experience in nursing required, with experience in employee health preferred
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work guided by protocols under guidance of Medical Director and RN Manager
